# Job Description: Financial Analyst – IT Expense Analytics
## About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Corporate FP&A team, focusing on expense analytics for the IT CXO organization. This role is pivotal in enhancing our IT reporting capabilities and improving planning and forecasting processes. You will be responsible for managing Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Cost Contribution Agreements (CCA), overseeing chargebacks and contracts shared between departments.
Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with internal service providers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with several financial, regulatory, and quality standards. Your contributions will significantly impact budgeting accuracy and resource forecasting, driving financial transparency and operational efficiency.
## Key Responsibilities
– Support expense analytics for the IT CXO organization and manage SLA/CCA.
– Advance IT reporting capabilities and planning/forecasting workflows.
– Review and analyze cost allocation models; maintain relevant contracts and agreements.
– Manage transactions related to intercompany allocations and integrate with financial systems.
– Develop and maintain chargeback reporting, including standard and ad-hoc reports for transparency.
– Maintain chargeback models to ensure accuracy and streamline budgeting processes.
– Validate SLAs against compliance requirements and assist in detailing service expectations.
– Implement SLA frameworks, negotiating and documenting service levels with key stakeholders.
– Monitor service performance and ensure timely issue resolution related to SLAs.
– Assist with reporting specifications for the IT Division.
– Perform administrative tasks such as time tracking and configuration management.
## Required Skills
– Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, specifically with Service Level/Cost Contribution Agreements.
– Proficiency in OneStream and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
## Preferred Skills
– Knowledge of Technology Business Management (TBM) and Regulation W.
– Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Access, Visio, and Project.
– Experience with Copilot and/or Claude.
## Benefits
– Competitive base salary between $93,000 – $150,000.
