Our growth in the Enterprise segment is driving us to strengthen our
Technical Account Management
team to support the rapid expansion of our strategic accounts portfolio.
Your mission will be to act as the trusted technical partner for our largest clients, ensuring excellence in delivery, technical performance, and product adoption in order to maximize retention, drive long-term value, and reinforce Scaleway’s position as a leading sovereign cloud provider.
YOUR FUTURE TEAM

You will be part of a team composed of a Manager and Technical Account Managers, each responsible for a portfolio of clients. The team partners closely with Support, Engineering, Product, and Sales to ensure seamless delivery and continuous improvement of service quality.
As the Enterprise portfolio has significantly grown over the past year, the team is scaling to industrialize processes while maintaining a premium level of service.
YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
Act as the operational and technical project lead for your portfolio of Enterprise clients
Ensure SLA follow-up, incident management, RCA coordination, and roadmap alignment
Drive technical adoption and ensure optimal usage of Scaleway products (IaaS, PaaS, AI, etc.)
Advise clients on cloud architecture, scalability, availability, and cost optimization (FinOps approach)
Coordinate internally with Support, Engineering, and Product teams to guarantee delivery excellence
Co-lead Quarterly Service Reviews and executive steering committees with C-Level stakeholders
Manage critical incidents and crisis situations with composure and leadership
Collect, structure, and prioritize product feedback based on concrete client use cases
Contribute to the industrialization and continuous improvement of TAM processes
Support clients in cloud migration projects (on-prem to cloud or cloud-to-cloud)
About You
HARDSKILLS:
5+ years of experience in a technical consulting or high-level customer engineering role
Cloud Infrastructure expertise (IaaS, PaaS, S3, Kubernetes, Terraform)
Strong Linux system administration and networking fundamentals
Ability to operate in SecNumCloud or highly regulated environments
Proficiency in modern tooling (Jira, Salesforce, Metabase, Google Suite)
Experience in complex migrations (on-prem to cloud or cloud-to-cloud) and scalable architectures
SOFTSKILLS:
Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken)
Strong consulting posture with the ability to engage CTOs and senior stakeholders
Analytical mindset with a structured, solution-oriented approach
Resilience under pressure, especially during critical incidents
Empathy, diplomacy, and strong client relationship management skills
