# FP&A Manager

## About the Role
We are seeking an FP&A Manager dedicated to transforming the financial landscape of behavioral healthcare at Grow. As the first specialized hire in this area, you will be instrumental in developing the FP&A function from the ground up. Your contributions will directly influence how we forecast, plan, and allocate resources, ensuring effective decision-making across the organization.

In this high-visibility position, you will collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO, the Strategic Finance team, and department leaders. Your work will center around building robust financial models and optimizing procurement processes, all while adopting an AI-first approach to automation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s strategic direction.

## Key Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain financial models, including bottom-up builds and scenario analyses to inform company-wide planning.
– Overhaul the procurement process, managing it end-to-end with your team.
– Prepare Board and investor materials, including the annual plan, reforecasts, and quarterly presentations.
– Establish automated methods to monitor departmental spending and identify cost optimization opportunities.
– Lead headcount planning and track/analyze KPIs across departments, providing performance insights to leadership.
– Build business cases for new initiatives by translating operational assumptions into financial projections.

## Required Skills
– Minimum of 2 years in Investment Banking or Private Equity (IB/PE).
– At least 3 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a startup environment.
– Robust analytical skills with experience in managing complex financial models.
– Strong problem-solving mindset, with an inclination to leverage AI for improved processes.
– Ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams.
