## About the Role
The Gestão Controlo Especialista will join the Financial and Administrative Directorate at ANF, focusing on transforming data into actionable insights that foster efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth within the organization. Collaborating closely with various departments, this role is essential for monitoring and analyzing budgets, forecasts, and business plans, ensuring they align with the strategic objectives of the organization. The position contributes to the overall aim of enhancing operational efficiency and driving value creation within the pharmaceutical sector.

## Key Responsibilities
– Develop, oversee, and monitor the budget, forecast, and business plans for ANF, ensuring execution analysis and the identification of improvement opportunities.
– Produce and analyze management information, performance indicators (KPIs), and executive reporting, supporting decision-making for various departments.
– Analyze costs, margins, and profitability, creating analyses and models that enhance operational efficiency and value creation.
– Monitor project implementation, tracking execution and results while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

## Required Skills
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or a similar field.
– 4 to 6 years of professional experience in control and planning functions within corporate groups, holdings, or consulting.
– Proficiency in Navision and/or Business Central (preferred).
– Knowledge of costing methodologies and cost determination.
– Strong analytical profile with critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
