# Director, Infrastructure Finance

## About the Role
The Infrastructure Finance team is integral to managing Meta’s substantial capital and operating expenses related to advanced AI infrastructure. This position is designed for an analytical Finance and Strategy professional who will lead key areas including financial modeling, capital allocation, and business finance pertaining to Data Centers, Server Hardware, and Network Engineering & Optical Fiber capacity.

In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across Finance, Infrastructure, Products, Product Management, and Data Science, contributing to high-impact initiatives that support the rapid scaling of infrastructure investments. Your responsibilities will include strategic decision-making and providing actionable insights that enhance financial decision-making across various teams.

## Key Responsibilities
– Lead a team of finance and business operations professionals, either as an individual contributor or people manager.
– Direct financial modeling, analysis, and processes for long-range planning, budgeting, and strategic decisions.
– Serve as the finance budget and P&L owner for an infrastructure area with significant capital and operating expenses.
– Co-author executive-level presentations and documents for key stakeholders including CFO, COO, CEO, and the Board.
– Foster business partnerships with leadership across various departments.
– Build analyses to inform investment decisions, specifically regarding ROI on capital and operating expenditures.
– Deliver analytical support and develop insights for effective allocation of infrastructure resources.
– Implement scalable modeling and financial resource allocation processes.
– Drive process improvements to enhance current models, tools, systems, and processes.

## Required Skills
– 15+ years of experience in a finance or strategy leadership role within a technology or internet sector.
– Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related technical field.
– Proven experience in large infrastructure environments (public cloud, hyperscale, or AI).
– Strong track record in developing and leading teams.
– Expertise in detailed financial models and risk assessment related to capital allocation.
– Experience in navigating ambiguous environments and influencing executive stakeholders effectively.
– Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with a history of successful project leadership.
– Proficient in managing multiple projects and collaborating with various stakeholders.
