# Cloud FinOps & SAP Licensing Specialist

## About the Role

This role supports an oil and gas client on a project focused on cloud financial management, cost optimization, and SAP licensing compliance.

The position is responsible for monitoring cloud costs, improving resource efficiency, managing SAP licensing agreements, and creating dashboards that provide real-time visibility into cloud usage and expenditure. The role works closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to encourage financial accountability and identify savings opportunities.

## Key Responsibilities

– Monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud costs in line with business objectives.
– Manage SAP licensing contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and effective license utilization.
– Build and maintain dashboards and processes that provide real-time visibility into cloud resource efficiency and costs.
– Analyze financial and operational data to identify cost optimization and reduction opportunities.
– Collaborate with IT and business teams to promote cross-functional alignment and financial accountability.

## Required Skills

– Experience building and maintaining dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and/or Microsoft Power BI.
– Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
– Knowledge of the FinOps framework.
– Advanced or fluent English.

## Preferred Skills

– Familiarity with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP HANA environments.
