### About the Role
This role sits within Scaleway’s Enterprise Customer Engineering team and supports the growth of the Enterprise segment. Its purpose is to ensure the technical success and operational delivery of strategic enterprise customers, while helping them adopt the Scaleway platform effectively.
You will act as the main technical contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts and work closely with Support, Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success. The role combines customer-facing technical advisory, architecture support, service coordination, and issue management.
The team currently includes 4 Technical Account Managers and is expected to grow to 6–7 members in the second half of 2026. The customer base includes CAC40 companies, scale-ups, and public sector organizations that require sovereign cloud infrastructure.
### Key Responsibilities
– Serve as the technical point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
– Coordinate with internal teams to support project delivery and resolve customer issues.
– Help customers design and improve cloud architectures on the Scaleway platform.
– Drive adoption of Scaleway services and support effective platform usage.
– Lead or co-host Quarterly Service Reviews and steering committees, including with C-level stakeholders.
– Monitor SLA performance, incidents, and root cause analyses for assigned accounts.
– Coordinate the response to major incidents affecting strategic customers.
– Provide guidance on FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
– Gather product feedback and real-world use cases for Product teams.
– Help improve customer processes and service delivery.
### Required Skills
– Experience in cloud infrastructure environments, including IaaS and PaaS.
– Strong understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure design.
– Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, or S3-compatible storage.
– Experience contributing to cloud migration projects, including on-premise to cloud and cloud-to-cloud migrations.
– Ability to design and review scalable, highly available architectures.
– Familiarity with FinOps practices and cloud cost optimization.
– Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and French.
– Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
– Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
– Diplomacy and active listening in stakeholder interactions.
– Ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure or incident situations.
