Key Responsibilities Cloud:
Cost Management Allocation: Download and track GCP invoices maintain tracking sheets analyze cost trends
Invoice Processing Payments: Coordinate approvals forward invoices monitor pending payments respond to queries
Budgeting Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets set up alerts monitor utilization
Purchase Order Management: Create and manage annual POs track utilization GCP Commitment
Reservation Management: Maintain reports monitor expirations calculate savings validate purchases
Cost Optimization Reporting: Publish weekly reports maintain savings tracker prepare monthly quarterly presentations
Automation Process Improvement: Identify automation opportunities collaborate with AWS Professional Services and Cloud Ops Alerts
Anomaly Management: Monitor cost anomaly alerts track savings plan utilization
Stakeholder Communication Meetings: Participate in weekly meetings coordinate with application owners and AWS experts
Required Skills Qualifications:
Strong understanding of GCP billing and cloud financial management Proficiency in Excel and GCP Pricing Calculator
Familiarity with budgeting forecasting and PO management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyze cost trends and recommend optimization strategies
Experience with automation tools and scripting is a plus
Minimum 6 to 8 years of Cloud experience in GCP and AWS
Preferred Qualifications- Certified Cloud Practitioner or FinOps Certified Practitioner
Experience in multi-cloud environments
