Strong understanding of GCP services & products with billing and cost perspective
Proficiency in GCP billing tools and dashboards
SQL skills for analyzing BigQuery billing exports
Knowledge of IAM, project hierarchy, and governance models
Strong analytical and documentation skills
Clear, professional customer communication skills
Key Responsibilities*
Own and resolve GCP billing and cost investigation cases end‑to‑end
Analyze invoices, usage reports, credits, adjustments, and billing exports
Explain GCP pricing models including usage‑based pricing, SUDs, CUDs, and regional pricing
Correlate technical resource usage to billing and financial impact
Use billing dashboards, cost management tools, and
Big Query Billing exports
SQL
Ensure accurate documentation and
audit

Collaborate with technical, finance, and account teams for issue resolution
Meet defined SLOs and quality benchmarks while handling customer communications
