Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
(Ideally should be at least 3 years of hands-on with Linux Infra)
Ownership of high value, enterprise level billing disputes
Ability to interpret custom enterprise contracts and negotiated pricing
Deep understanding of quote to cash workflows
Advanced
FinOps expertise
across large, multi-account environments
Strong financial governance, compliance, and approval discipline
Executive level customer communication capability
Advanced billing investigation and risk detection skills
Proven ability to manage million-dollar account exposure
Bachelors in IT + MBA Finance
FinOps Certified Practitioner (FCP)
3–5 years in
Enterprise Billing, Strategic Finance, or Revenue Ops
CEFR B2 Communication Proficiency
Good-to-Have
Experience with large-scale enterprise ERP systems
Experience with advanced GCP Billing configurations
