We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented
Billing Analyst
to take ownership of our end-to-end billing operations and ensure a seamless, accurate, and transparent invoicing experience for our customers. This is a critical role in maintaining trust, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting our clients’ cloud cost efficiency journey.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the billing process from start to invoice issuance
Input and validate client pricing data using the Umbrella platform
Generate accurate monthly invoices in a timely manner
Collaborate with clients to address questions, provide billing details, and ensure clarity
Identify opportunities to improve and automate billing processes, including working closely with the dev team
Report any errors or inconsistencies transparently and promptly
Requirements
A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in data analysis and cost analysis
Advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical and data-processing skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with accuracy and attention to details
Proven ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and optimize processes
Self-motivated, proactive, highly organized, and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks, with a “can-do” attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
Hands-on experience in FinOps, AWS Cost Explorer, or managing cloud cost data – Advantage
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with AWS or other cloud platforms – Advantage
