JOB DESCRIPTI
ON:7–8 years of experience in FinOps, Cloud Economics, Cloud Cost Optimization, or similar rol
es.Strong understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP pricing, billing constructs, and cost management too
ls.Hands-on experience with cost allocation, tagging standards, and financial contro
ls.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate spend data into actionable insigh
ts.Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or scripting (Python/SQL/PowerShel
l).Experience working with containerized environments like Kubernetes (preferre
d).
Cloud Financial Manag
ementManage and optimize cloud spending across AWS, Azure, and/or
GCP.Conduct recurring cloud spend reviews, identify cost anomalies, and implement cost‑saving opportuni
ties.Develop and maintain cost allocation structures, tagging standards, and financial governance mo
dels.Lead the adoption of cost optimization techniques such as rightsizing, autoscaling, Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and storage lifecycle manage
ment.FinOps Governance & Str
ategyBuild and mature the organization’s FinOps practice, processes, and governance framew
orks.Define and run chargeback/showback models and ensure cost accountability across t
eams.Partner with engineering, finance, and leadership teams to drive cloud budgeting and forecas
ting.Create and maintain playbooks, best practices, and financial operational guidel
ines.Reporting & Foreca
stingPrepare monthly/quarterly cloud financial reports and executive dashbo
