Technical Project Manager
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact customer implementations of a modern Kubernetes Operations Platform and GPU PaaS offering. This role sits at the intersection of project leadership and deep technical execution, driving successful onboarding and delivery for enterprise customers running Kubernetes, GPU, and cloud-native workloads.
You’ll own end-to-end delivery – from customer discovery and solution planning through execution and adoption – while partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and external stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects for Kubernetes and GPU-based platforms, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery
Drive customer discovery sessions to define scope, gather requirements, and align technical solutions with business objectives
Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules
Estimate project effort, cost, resources, and delivery timelines
Own project governance, including scope management, change control, and risk mitigation
Run regular project status meetings and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to internal teams and customers
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Partners, and external specialists
Identify and manage technical resources across Kubernetes, GPU, and cloud domains
Engage directly with enterprise customers, providing clear communication, expectation management, and strategic guidance
Lead initiatives spanning Kubernetes modernization, GPU and AI/ML workloads, cloud migration, and hybrid/multi-cloud deployments
Maintain working knowledge of adjacent tooling and practices including Observability, DevSecOps, CI/CD, GitOps, and FinOps
Top Skills & Experience
Strong project management expertise, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership
Deep technical understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and GPU workloads, with familiarity across the Kubernetes ecosystem
Hands-on cloud experience across compute, storage, networking, and databases on one or more major cloud providers
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
7+ years of overall IT experience
4+ years of project or program management across multiple technologies and functional areas
Expertise with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Preferred certifications: PMP, AWS Solutions Architect (or equivalent), CKA/CKAD, or other Kubernetes/cloud certifications
