# Strategy and Planning Senior Analyst
## About the Role
We are seeking a results-oriented Strategy and Planning Senior Analyst to play a pivotal role within our Finance, Operations, and Strategy teams. This position focuses on execution, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to support our company’s growth priorities across various business units. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach, leveraging their expertise to structure planning cycles, track key metrics, and develop actionable business cases.
In this role, you will translate strategic guidelines into clear action plans while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders to deliver insights that drive continuous improvement in planning and operational routines. Your contributions will significantly impact the business’s performance and growth trajectory.
## Key Responsibilities
– **P&L Leadership & Business Partnering**: Oversee P&L performance across multiple business units, serving as the financial liaison between Operations, Growth, Commercial, and Finance to define and monitor topline targets.
– **Strategic Execution & Insight Generation**: Analyze complex quantitative data to create strategic recommendations for leadership, ensuring effective execution of high-impact business initiatives.
– **Financial Modeling, Forecasting & Accuracy**: Develop and maintain dynamic financial models, monitor forecast vs. actual performance, and optimize predictive accuracy by refining business assumptions.
– **Planning Cycles & Strategic Initiatives**: Assist in core planning rituals and OKR frameworks, consolidating cross-functional inputs and collaborating with Strategy teams for analytical modeling.
– **Data Governance, Analytics & Reporting**: Enforce data quality standards across planning systems and create scalable dashboards for delivering executive-level insights and supporting rapid decision-making.
## Required Skills
– 6–10 years of experience in Strategy & Planning, Corporate Finance, Management Consulting, or Business Operations, ideally in high-growth or complex environments.
– Proficient in P&L management, financial modeling, and business partnering.
– Strong analytical and data-driven skill set, coupled with structured problem-solving capabilities.
– Proven ability to influence stakeholders and contribute to decision-making through actionable insights.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, concise messages.
– Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; experience with data analysis is advantageous.
