# Sr. FinOps Program Analyst

## About the Role
This role sits within the FinOps team and owns Blue Yonder’s financial relationship with Microsoft. It is responsible for managing Microsoft funding and incentive programs end to end, including milestone execution, credit capture, and accurate financial tracking and reporting.
You will partner closely with Accounting, Sales, Presales, and Microsoft partner teams to identify new credit opportunities across the deal lifecycle, including implementations and cloud migrations. The role also serves as the main internal contact for Microsoft program matters and helps build scalable processes, controls, and reporting practices.
## Key Responsibilities
– Manage Microsoft funding and incentive programs from initiation through credit receipt, including milestone scoping, approvals, and Microsoft coordination.
– Identify and pursue new credit and incentive opportunities with Sales and Presales across the deal lifecycle.
– Track, reconcile, and maintain credit schedules against contract terms.
– Maintain accurate enrollment and reporting across Microsoft partner funding and incentive programs.
– Serve as the primary internal contact for Microsoft financial program matters and manage day-to-day coordination with Microsoft field and partner teams.
– Provide executive-ready reporting to FinOps leadership on credit receipt, pipeline status, and forecasts.
– Partner with Accounting on the recognition and disclosure of Microsoft credits and incentives.
– Create repeatable processes, controls, and playbooks to improve scale and forecast accuracy.
## Required Skills
– 5+ years of experience in finance analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or finance contract/vendor operations in a large enterprise environment.
– Experience in project or program management with multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders.
– Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
– Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
– Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into executive-ready recommendations.
– Must be local to Scottsdale, AZ or Dallas, TX.

– Support accurate accounting and financial statement/disclosure treatment for credits and incentives.
– Build controls and repeatable operating processes to scale program management.
– Reduce at-risk credits and unresolved reconciliations.
## Compensation
– Annual base salary range: **$91,111.54 – $114,888.45 USD**
– Eligible for an annual performance bonus or commission program, depending on role type
