Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end delivery of full-stack IaaS/PaaS/SaaS cloud services on AWS, Azure and GCP, covering cloud architecture design, deployment and continuous optimization.
Formulate and implement SLA, KPI and OLA standards to guarantee system stability, and manage incident, problem and change processes in line with ITIL frameworks.
Conduct regular service reviews with internal business teams and vendors; build automated toolchains to automate resource provisioning, elastic scaling and operation monitoring.
Develop high availability, disaster recovery and business continuity plans; monitor infrastructure capacity, performance and costs, and implement FinOps frameworks to balance service performance and cloud expenditure.
Manage cloud service budgets, cost forecasting and cost optimization initiatives; negotiate contracts with cloud vendors and maintain supplier partnerships.
Carry out all operations in full compliance with regulatory standards including GDPR, HIPAA, ISO27001 and SOC2.
Serve as the dedicated single point of contact for all business units on cloud services, translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions, and submit service operation reports to senior management.
Mandatory technical duties: Specialize in LAN, WAN, unified communications and remote access technologies; attain expert proficiency in at least two of these domains with solid understanding of the rest. Drive capacity, change, configuration, inventory and problem management in accordance with ITIL standards.
Full-lifecycle project governance: Produce complete project documentation, identify and mitigate project risks; accurately estimate timelines, costs and manpower; track project deviations in real time and implement corrective actions; standardize the change approval process and execute after-hours/holiday changes as required.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in enterprise managed services and IT outsourcing environments.
Sound knowledge of TCP/IP, routing & switching, LAN/WAN and unified communication platforms; familiar with ticketing, monitoring and CRM operation tools.
Business-level English proficiency plus fluent local language skills.
Preferred qualifications: PMP and ITIL certifications, hands-on experience with Cisco equipment and multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Soft competencies: Excellent communication, conflict resolution and team leadership skills; structured working style, customer-centric mindset and strong capabilities in troubleshooting complex technical faults.
