## About the Role
As an IT Financial Management Consultant in the Technology Strategy & Transformation team, you will play a key role in developing innovative IT strategies and managing complex transformation projects for leading organizations. This role focuses on the intersection of technology, business, and people to create sustainable solutions, addressing trends in Cloud, FinOps, and AI Financial Management. Collaborating with CIOs and IT organizations, you will enhance the visibility and value contribution of IT initiatives, helping to drive informed decision-making across the business.

Your primary responsibilities will include advising companies on managing and optimizing their IT costs, developing forward-looking financial management approaches, and establishing transparency in performance metrics. You will also engage in strategic IT budgeting, cost control, and the financial management of transformation programs while analyzing and optimizing cloud and AI cost structures.

## Key Responsibilities
– Advise organizations on managing, optimizing, and enhancing transparency in IT costs.
– Develop and implement financial management strategies for IT.
– Support CIOs and IT organizations in quantifying the value of IT, digital transformation, cloud computing, and AI.
– Create KPI, reporting, and governance models for contemporary IT organizations.
– Analyze cost structures related to cloud and AI, identify cost drivers, and propose optimization measures.

## Required Skills
– A degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
– Initial experience in IT Financial Management, controlling, or IT performance.
– Knowledge in Cloud and FinOps, with an interest in AI Financial Management and data-driven cost optimization.
– Strong analytical skills and proficiency in managing cost, consumption, and performance data.
– Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1 level).
