# PMO Budget
## About the Role
The PMO Budget will support technology management teams with the coordination and monitoring of financial and operational activities across a global technology perimeter.
The role focuses on budget tracking, financial analysis, reporting, monthly closing support, and workforce budget management. It will collaborate with cluster managers, technology leads, senior management, pillar leads, external suppliers, and other stakeholders.
The position will help improve budget visibility, financial governance, reporting quality, and operational processes, supporting informed management decisions.
## Key Responsibilities
– Coordinate and monitor transversal financial and operational topics for technology management teams.
– Analyse financial performance and track budget trajectories, costs, forecasts, and variances.
– Support monthly financial closing, including accruals, prepayments, actual cost control, and KPI analysis.
– Monitor dashboards and trend indicators, identifying relevant variations for management review.
– Track hardware and software budgets, prepare sign-off documentation, and produce monthly reports.
– Support onboarding committees and related governance activities.
– Manage relationships with external suppliers and monitor supplier-related financial activities.
– Contribute to the improvement of financial and operational processes.
– Support workforce budget management, including employee and external workforce costs.
– Supervise headcount budgets across the global technology perimeter.
– Prepare regular management reports and financial analyses.
– Identify improvements to reporting, budget monitoring, and financial processes.
## Required Skills
– At least two years of experience in budget management.
– Solid understanding of accounting and financial principles.
– Experience in financial analysis, cost control, and budget monitoring.
– Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
– Experience preparing and maintaining management reports and dashboards.
– Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage multiple topics and priorities simultaneously.
– Strong attention to detail when working with financial data.
– Ability to collaborate with management, technology stakeholders, and external suppliers.
– Fluent English.
