## About the Role

Archera is hiring a Partner Platform Operations Manager to own the technical systems that support its partner ecosystem across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Reporting to the Director of Platform Operations, this role is responsible for keeping partner operations accurate, dependable, and scalable.

This is an internal operations position with a strong focus on process design and documentation. You will serve as the internal expert on the partner API, manage cloud marketplace administration, and support partner revenue-share workflows.

The role works closely with Finance, Engineering, Sales, and partners to resolve operational issues and reduce manual workarounds. Its primary goal is to keep the partner infrastructure running smoothly as usage and complexity grow.

## Key Responsibilities

– Own cloud marketplace administration across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including onboarding, maintenance, accuracy, and documentation.
– Serve as the internal subject-matter expert for the partner API and create scalable documentation and support processes.
– Act as the main contact for partner revenue-share processes and provide timely, accurate responses to Partners and Finance.
– Support daily purchasing and moneyback-guarantee execution, including backup coverage when needed.
– Work with internal teams to identify tooling gaps and push issues through to resolution instead of relying on manual workarounds.

## Required Skills

– 4+ years of experience in technical operations, cloud, or FinOps roles.
– 3+ years of experience working with cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
– Hands-on experience supporting an API-based product or solution, including API keys, REST endpoints, and versioning.
– Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Engineering, Sales, and executive teams.
– Experience submitting bug reports and feature requests through Jira or a similar ticketing system.
– Fluency with LLM-based tools such as Claude as part of a daily workflow.

## Preferred Skills

– Cloud practitioner certification in at least one provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
