# IT Financial Management Senior
## About the Role
This role serves as the strategic control point between Finance, Procurement, Suppliers, and Technology. Its purpose is to strengthen financial governance across technology services, with a focus on budget planning, spend control, forecasting, and cost optimization, including cloud environments.
The position is responsible for maintaining financial discipline across IT services and operations. It also supports vendor and contract oversight, procurement follow-up, FinOps initiatives, and the definition of cost control models and financial metrics used to monitor consumption, efficiency, audits, and compliance.
## Key Responsibilities
– Prepare and manage annual budgets for IT services and operations.
– Track actual spend against budget, identify variances, and propose corrective actions.
– Produce monthly and quarterly forecasts and coordinate executive review meetings.
– Oversee vendor financial and contractual control, including license and maintenance renewals.
– Monitor purchase orders and procurement processes closely.
– Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives under the FinOps framework.
– Define IT cost control models and financial indicators for consumption and efficiency.
– Support financial audits and corporate compliance activities.
## Required Skills
– 5–8 years of proven experience in IT financial management, budget management, forecasting, and technology vendor management.
– Knowledge of and experience implementing IT Financial Management, FinOps Framework, ITIL, and COBIT.
– Advanced Excel skills and Power BI for financial data modeling.
– Experience with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle Financials, or similar systems.
– Experience with ServiceNow and procurement/purchasing tools.
– Intermediate to advanced English, with the ability to handle executive communication and review international contracts.

## FinOps Responsibilities
– Lead cloud cost optimization activities.
– Monitor actual spend versus budget and address variances.
– Run monthly and quarterly forecasting processes.
– Define cost control models for IT consumption and efficiency.
– Support financial governance through metrics, audits, and compliance processes.
