## About the Role
We are seeking an IT Cost Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Gabrovo, which has become a pivotal location for the Plansee Group. This role is essential for developing and maintaining annual analyses of IT benchmarks and performance metrics in collaboration with key stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to establish and manage frameworks and processes that ensure transparency in cloud costs, directly impacting our strategic initiatives.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the IT management team to support strategic planning, performance management, and decision-making. Your work will enhance our understanding of IT costs and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations across 50 countries.

## Key Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain annual analyses of IT benchmarks and performance metrics.
– Establish and manage frameworks, processes, and KPIs for cloud cost management.
– Act as a backup for the annual IT budgeting process and monthly financial reporting.
– Collaborate with the IT management team to support strategic planning and decision-making.

## Required Skills
– Initial professional experience in cost control, ideally within an IT environment, with a strong interest in IT and digital technologies.
– Proficient in SAP, preferably SAP CO and SAP FI, including SAP FI-AA and SAP BusinessObjects.
– Strong conceptual and analytical abilities, with an independent and structured work approach.
– Excellent communication skills in both German and English.

## Preferred Skills
– Experience in cloud cost management / FinOps.
