# FP&A Manager
## About the Role
We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our Finance & Business Services (FBS) team at 오늘의집. This role is pivotal in supporting our financial planning and management to drive business growth and innovation. You will collaborate with various departments, including Business, CEO Office, Legal, and Corp Dev, to uncover areas for growth while improving efficiency and optimizing costs across the organization.
The FP&A Manager will have a substantial impact on our financial strategy by establishing and monitoring corporate business plans and budgets, overseeing KPI management, and conducting detailed financial performance analysis. Your work will facilitate data-driven decision-making, ensuring that 오늘의집 continues to deliver value as a leading lifestyle tech company.
## Key Responsibilities
– Develop and monitor company-wide business plans and budgets, along with KPI and profitability management.
– Execute corporate accounting tasks and manage data through SAP CO modules.
– Conduct monthly and weekly profit and loss performance analysis and forecasts.
– Produce performance reports through financial modeling and data analysis.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities.
– Optimize costs by identifying inefficiencies within business processes.
## Required Skills
– A minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management planning, or accounting.
– Proven ability to lead annual business planning and budget management using SAP CO.
– Expertise in financial modeling with a demonstrated ability to resolve financial challenges in various business scenarios.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal stakeholders.
– Proficient in data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
## Preferred Skills
– Experience in investment banking, venture capital, consulting, accounting firms, or the retail/logistics sectors.
– CPA or AICPA certification.
– Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
– Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and Power BI for financial analysis.
