## About the Role

This position sits within the Central FinOps team and is responsible for driving FinOps activities for a product family. The team provides consulting, control, reporting, and implementation support for FinOps practices across entities and product families.

The role works closely with Product teams and technical teams to improve cloud usage while protecting reliability and performance. Its purpose is to strengthen cloud financial management, support better decision-making, and promote efficient use of cloud resources across stakeholders.

## Key Responsibilities

– Establish and manage cloud financial management practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
– Define and implement financial policies and controls for cloud operations.
– Monitor and report on cloud usage, costs, and performance.
– Work with Product and technical teams to optimize cloud consumption without affecting reliability or performance.
– Design and operate a holistic FinOps framework to support multi-domain governance, innovation, decision-making, efficiency, and usage optimization.
– Promote cloud financial management best practices across department stakeholders.

## Required Skills

– Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
– Hands-on experience in cloud operations and/or financial management.
– Familiarity with cloud-based architectures, cloud provider tools, and financial systems for budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
– Strong knowledge of cloud-based application architectures.
– Strong ability to work with cloud-related technical and financial data for analysis, optimization, resource allocation, and troubleshooting.
– Experience with financial systems and tools for budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
– Fluent in English.
– Cloud provider certifications such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
