## About the Role
The FP&A Specialist will join the Financial Planning & Analysis team, which provides strategic and expert support to the business and to operational leaders at local and global level across the Comarch Group. The role combines financial expertise with data analytics and reporting automation in an international IT environment.
The position is focused on turning financial data into clear business insight, improving reporting processes, and supporting decision-making for internal and external stakeholders. It involves close cooperation with business teams through recurring reviews, ad hoc analysis, and process documentation.
## Key Responsibilities
– Prepare reporting packs covering the balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow for company owners, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders.
– Build and update annual budgets and short-term rolling forecasts for revenue and costs.
– Track actual results against budget and prior-year performance, explain variances, and provide KPI analysis and business insight.
– Use Power Query to combine data from multiple sources and automate reporting.
– Work with business stakeholders during regular meetings and performance reviews.
– Create and maintain process documentation.
– Deliver ad hoc analyses and decision-support data for different stakeholders.
## Required Skills
– 1 to 4 years of experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or audit.
– University degree in finance, accounting, controlling, or audit.
– Proficiency in reporting and modelling tools, including Power BI and advanced Excel; EPM-class tools are also mentioned.
– Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
– Strong understanding of the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
– Strong analytical skills, including work with large datasets and the ability to draw business conclusions.
– English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
– Understanding of an IT company’s business model.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial data clearly.
– Proactive and independent, with the ability to identify process improvements and manage deadlines without constant supervision.
– Comfortable working under time pressure, especially during month-end close and bank reporting periods.
## Preferred Skills
– Power Query experience.
– CIMA, ACCA, or an equivalent controlling/financial certification.
