## Key Responsibilities

– Monitor cloud infrastructure spend across platforms and identify opportunities to reduce waste.
– Implement cost optimization measures without affecting performance.
– Build cloud budgets, forecasts, and spending models, and track actuals against budget.
– Provide variance analysis and support financial planning for infrastructure growth and scaling.
– Establish cloud governance policies and cost management frameworks.
– Ensure accurate tagging, cost allocation, and chargeback practices.
– Prepare reports and dashboards on cloud usage, spend, and optimization opportunities.
– Partner with engineering, DevOps, finance, and leadership on cost visibility and decision-making.
– Drive adoption of FinOps principles and improve cloud financial management workflows.
– Stay current on cloud pricing models and optimization strategies.

## Required Skills

– Strong experience in FinOps, cloud financial management, cloud operations, or IT finance roles.
– Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
– Experience with cloud cost management, budgeting, and forecasting.
– Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
– Familiarity with cloud cost optimization and reporting tools.
