## About the Role
The Finance Manager will support the Global Technology and Product Organization within Finance. This role partners closely with Technology Leadership to build financial plans that improve the impact of technology investments, with a strong focus on cloud and data center hosting strategy.
The position combines forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and decision support across Finance, FinOps, Engineering, and business leadership. It also supports long-range planning and process improvement through Anaplan. The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $144,000 USD.
## Key Responsibilities
– Manage and forecast multi-cloud and data center hosting costs.
– Perform month-over-month variance analysis on hosting spend and report key operational and financial metrics.
– Prepare budget-versus-actuals reporting for business partners and executive leadership.
– Partner with FinOps and Engineering to identify and execute cost optimization opportunities.
– Support financial management, resource prioritization, and allocation across the business and Finance teams.
– Conduct ROI analysis on new initiatives and contribute to long-range planning.
– Improve forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis processes using Anaplan.
– Analyze results against plan and forecast, including headcount and vendor investment trends.
– Present recommendations and scenario analysis to finance and business leaders.
– Communicate across stakeholders to support end-to-end understanding of portfolios, processes, and planning.
## Required Skills
– Background in FP&A, accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar field.
– Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and scenario analysis.
– Experience with Anaplan or similar financial planning tools.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Experience presenting to business partners with confidence and credibility.
– Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
– A proactive mindset and willingness to challenge the status quo.
## Preferred Skills
– Experience with SaaS or cloud computing business models and financial concepts such as FinOps or cloud cost management.
