# Enterprise Account Executive (US)
## About the Role
PointFive is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own a named account list and territory across the Western US. This is a foundational go-to-market role focused on winning new enterprise business and closing complex deals with Global 2000 customers.
The role sits at the intersection of finance, cloud, and security, with regular engagement across CFO, Finance, FinOps, Platform/Cloud Engineering, and Security stakeholders. You will also partner closely with founders, product, and marketing to translate customer feedback into roadmap input and help shape the company’s commercial approach.
## Key Responsibilities
– Build and execute a territory plan for Global 2000 accounts, including ICP mapping, account planning, and quarterly pipeline and logo targets.
– Create 3–5x pipeline coverage through outbound prospecting, executive referrals, events, and hyperscaler co-sell or marketplace channels.
– Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
– Develop business cases based on TCO and ROI, run POCs, and manage procurement, legal, and security reviews.
– Maintain strong forecast discipline, clear next steps, and weekly updates with 90%+ commit accuracy.
– Collaborate with founders, product, and marketing to incorporate customer feedback into the roadmap.
– Win lighthouse logos and support references, case studies, and expansion playbooks.
– Keep Salesforce updated, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and deliver against quarterly bookings and KPI targets.
## Required Skills
– Must be based in the Western US, anywhere west of the Mississippi.
– 7+ years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS closing experience with a track record of net-new logo acquisition.
– 3+ years of experience selling to cloud, infrastructure, FinOps, DevOps, Platform, or Engineering personas.
– Proven performance at 100–150%+ attainment.
– Experience managing $100K+ ACV deals with multiple stakeholders.
– Strong command of AWS, Azure, and GCP concepts, including FinOps, RI/SP, tagging, Kubernetes cost, and unit economics.
– Strong enterprise sales discipline, including multi-threading, mutual close plans, MEDDICC or equivalent, and deal management.
– Ability to generate pipeline from scratch through targeting, outreach, events, or partnerships.
– Clear written and verbal communication, high emotional intelligence, and a bias for action.
## Preferred Skills
– Experience with hyperscaler marketplaces, private offers, and co-sell relationships.
– FinOps certifications or active participation in the FinOps community.
– Existing relationships with CIOs, CFOs, or VP-level Platform/Engineering leaders at F500 or Global 2000 companies.
– Startup experience in Seed through Series B environments.

– Base salary: $145,000–$175,000
