# Director, FinOps (Cloud Financial Management)

## About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Director of FinOps to lead and enhance our enterprise FinOps program. The focus will be on achieving measurable and sustainable cloud cost optimization, with an emphasis on maintaining reliability, security, and engineering productivity. In this strategic and hands-on leadership position, you will oversee the FinOps strategy, operational model, and cost optimization initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Cloud Operations, Product, Finance, and senior leadership.

Your role will involve operating at both executive and operational levels. You will be responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, governance, and setting savings targets. Your success in this role will hinge on your ability to influence both technical and business teams, fostering a culture of accountability and informed decision-making regarding cloud costs.

## Key Responsibilities
– Develop and implement the enterprise FinOps strategy and operating model.
