# Digital Product Manager – FinOps
– **Location:** Remote (US-based candidates only)
– **Compensation:** $120,000–$193,725 annually
## About the Role
This role is responsible for setting FinOps product priorities within Digital Product Teams, ensuring customer needs, business goals, and delivery execution stay aligned. The position exists to turn FinOps into a product capability that strengthens real-time cost accountability.
You will work across engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to identify opportunities, define priorities, and deliver products that improve financial visibility and operational performance. The role also supports a regulated financial services environment by bringing financial insight into day-to-day development and operational workflows.
A key part of the work is helping engineers apply workload-level cost attribution more effectively. Through this, the role supports better cost optimization, forecasting, and product decision-making across the organization.
## Key Responsibilities
– Lead FinOps product priorities across Digital Product Teams.
– Define and deliver FinOps capabilities that support cost optimization and forecasting.
– Drive the shift toward FinOps as a product capability with real-time cost accountability.
– Create resources that help engineers apply workload cost attribution.
– Partner with cross-functional teams to embed financial insight into development and operational processes.
– Act as the product owner for FinOps-related capabilities.
## Required Skills
– 7+ years of product management experience in technology or financial management environments.
– Strong understanding of FinOps principles, including cost allocation, chargeback models, and budgeting.
– Experience measuring technology unit economics, such as cost per transaction or workload.
– Familiarity with cloud platforms and management tools used for cost optimization.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into guidance and strategy.
