As we expand our Türkiye commercial team, we’re hiring a hunter-minded seller who can build pipeline and close in the IT managed services space.

The Role (Hunter + Closer)
We’re hiring a Sales Account Manager who is first and foremost a hunter — someone who creates opportunities — and a strong closer who converts pipeline into revenue. This is not an inbound/account maintenance role. You will be expected to self-generate pipeline, run the full sales cycle, and close deals consistently.
We’re looking for a performance-driven seller with an active customer network who understands IT managed services and thrives in high-tempo environments.
What You’ll Do
Act as a true hunter: build your own pipeline via outbound, referrals, ecosystem partners, and personal network.
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → discovery → solution alignment → proposal → negotiation → close.
Sell IT managed services focused on cloud, DevOps, infrastructure operations, and modernization.
Engage IT decision-makers (IT Managers, Directors, CTO/CIO-level) and translate technical services into business value.
Collaborate with pre-sales and engineering teams to shape winning proposals and closing strategies.
Expand existing accounts and convert them into recurring managed services revenue.
Maintain strong CRM discipline: pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, deal execution.
Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Proven experience selling local cloud or hyperscaler services (AWS/Azure/GCP or local providers).
Demonstrated active customer portfolio in the Türkiye IT ecosystem.
Minimum 3 years experience selling IT managed services (cloud ops, infrastructure support, DevOps services, MSP models).
Proven ability to act as a hunter and closer — self-sourcing pipeline and closing deals.
Self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable with performance pressure.
Basic technical fluency in cloud and IT infrastructure concepts.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience selling recurring/subscription services (MRR-based managed services).
Channel or partner sales experience.
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar).
Understanding of FinOps, cloud optimization, or security services.
