## About the Role
As a Controller at Fudura, you will oversee and analyze the financial performance of our assets, maintenance activities, and operations. This role involves producing reports and serving as the financial business partner for the Operations and Maintenance teams. Your analyses and recommendations will empower management to enhance performance, control costs, and make data-driven decisions.
This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to engage closely with colleagues in both Zwolle and Utrecht. If you reside in Zwolle, your primary work location will be there with visits to Utrecht at least once a week. Conversely, if you live closer to Utrecht, that will be your main office with weekly visits to Zwolle. This arrangement fosters collaboration across regions while ensuring strong financial oversight within our operational organization.
## Key Responsibilities
– Oversee financial performance analysis of assets and operations.
– Generate and present financial reports.

– Provide insights and recommendations for performance improvement and cost control.
## Required Skills
– Excellent communication skills in Dutch, both spoken and written.
