# Management Controller

## About the Role
This position sits within the Île-de-France East Regional Directorate, a unit managing major investment activity and around €500M in annual TOTEX (OPEX + CAPEX). It is part of the Environment, Finance and Logistics department, where the Gestion team supports all business functions to ensure efficient use of resources and effective budget control.
The role is focused on budget steering and performance management across regional entities, in coordination with the finance function. A key part of the remit is ownership of the unit’s personnel cost scope, alongside monthly management closing, reporting, and analysis.
The position also helps promote financial awareness across the business as a partner to operational teams. It includes travel across the regional territory (departments 77, 91, 93, and 94) to better understand operational activity, and may lead to future opportunities in management, expertise, or project leadership within the regional directorate, the company, or the wider group.
## Key Responsibilities
– Lead budget tracking and performance monitoring for regional entities.
– Contribute to management discussions with the finance department, with responsibility for personnel expenses.
– Manage monthly closing activities, prepare recurring reports, and analyse results.
– Support financial awareness across the business and act as a partner to operational teams.
– Travel across the regional territory to maintain a strong understanding of field operations.
## Required Skills
– Bac+5 degree from a business school or engineering school with a finance specialisation.
– At least 5 years of proven experience in budgetary and performance management control.
– Strong command of office tools, including Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Word.
– Experience with collaborative tools, especially SharePoint.
– Strong analytical ability and summarisation skills.
– Rigour, organisation, initiative, curiosity, responsibility, and a results-oriented mindset.
– Strong communication, collaboration, teaching, and listening skills.
