We’re looking for an experienced Cloud FinOps Analyst (5–7 years) to support cloud cost optimization and financial governance for an enterprise client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a remote/offshore contract role with immediate availability preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze GCP spend, implement budget controls, improve tagging and cost allocation models.
• Provide rightsizing recommendations, assess Committed Use Discounts (CUDs), and build cost forecasts.
• Support financial and operational decision-making through reporting and collaboration with finance, engineering, and operations teams.
Key Skills Required:
• GCP billing analysis
• Budget alerts and cost monitoring
• Cost allocation and tagging frameworks
• Rightsizing recommendations
• Committed Use Discounts (CUDs) review
• Cost forecasting and reporting
Role Requirements:
• 5–7 years of experience in FinOps, cloud cost management, or financial analysis
• Strong hands-on experience with GCP billing tools and cost management
• Solid understanding of tagging strategies, CUDs, and rightsizing practices
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with finance, engineering, and operations teams
Nice to Have:
• FinOps Certified Practitioner / Professional
• Experience in large enterprise environments
• Exposure to BigQuery, Looker, dashboards, or automated cost reporting
