## About the Role

VF Corporation is looking for an experienced and strategic FinOps Analyst to join its Cloud Governance team. This role focuses on financial optimization, cost efficiency, and supporting senior-level decision-making through analysis and reporting.

The position works across the organization to help evaluate and improve FinOps policies, standards, and controls. It also supports cost optimization efforts and strengthens financial governance in partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams.

The role contributes to financial performance monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and audit support. It also helps improve transparency and education around FinOps practices for internal teams.

## Key Responsibilities

– Lead financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and cost optimization opportunities
– Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies
– Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for financial performance monitoring
– Perform complex cost-benefit analyses and provide actionable recommendations
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
– Prepare and present detailed financial reports for application owners and internal teams
– Build and maintain advanced financial models and dashboards
– Lead financial audits and provide supporting documentation
– Mentor internal teams on FinOps education and transparency

## Required Skills

– Bachelor’s degree preferred, or related cloud finance, accounting, and controls experience
– 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, cloud operations, or a similar role
– Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
– Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– High attention to detail and accuracy
