## About the Role

The Cloud Cost Optimization Specialist will focus on improving cloud spending efficiency and supporting the financial health of cloud operations. This role is based in Kerala and is responsible for helping ensure cloud resources are used in a cost-effective and controlled way.

The position works across cloud usage, billing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. It also involves partnering with cross-functional teams to align on cloud resource usage and cost management initiatives.

## Key Responsibilities

– Analyze cloud usage and spending to identify opportunities for cost reduction and optimization.
– Develop and implement cloud cost management approaches, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
– Monitor cloud billing processes and review billing statements and invoices for accuracy.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud resource usage and cost management initiatives.
– Share insights and recommendations with stakeholders on cloud cost optimization best practices.
– Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies related to cloud cost management.
