## About the Role
The Channel Account Manager will join DoiT’s Sales team in EMEA and be responsible for growing relationships with key channel partners, including distributors, managed service providers, and resellers. This is a remote role and is based in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, or Sweden.
The role exists to expand DoiT’s indirect channel business by combining partner relationship management, outbound partner development, and joint go-to-market execution. You will serve as the main point of contact for partners while helping them identify and progress opportunities across DoiT’s PartnerOps solutions, DoiT Cloud Intelligence, PerfectScale, Select, and Attribute.
You will work closely with the Channel Account Executive, Partner Success, Marketing, Product, leadership, and GTM Strategy teams. The position is focused on building pipeline, enabling partners to sell effectively, and ensuring strong CRM and deal registration discipline across partner-sourced opportunities.
## Key Responsibilities
– Own day-to-day relationships with channel partners across commercial, technical, and operational topics.
– Build trusted relationships with partner stakeholders, including principals, channel managers, sales teams, and technical leads.
– Run regular business reviews to review performance, align on pipeline, and identify growth opportunities.
– Represent DoiT at partner events, industry conferences, and partner-hosted summits.
– Deliver introductory pitches and lead discovery conversations without requiring technical support in the room.
– Support partner deal registration and work with the Channel Account Executive to progress opportunities from qualification through close.
– Develop joint business plans with partners, including revenue targets, milestones, and co-sell activities.
– Help shape partner roadmaps and go-to-market plans to increase DoiT’s share within partner customer bases.
– Collaborate with Marketing on partner-specific campaigns, events, and initiatives.
– Share market trends, competitive intelligence, and ecosystem developments with internal teams.
– Work with Partner Success to create and deliver enablement programs for partner sales and technical teams.
– Partner with Product and Marketing on collateral, playbooks, and co-branded materials.
– Advocate internally for partner needs, deal context, and escalation requests.
– Maintain accurate CRM records, clean deal registration, and strong pipeline hygiene.
## Required Skills
– 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or indirect channel roles.
– Experience balancing strategic partner management with outbound partner development.
– Strong understanding of reseller and MSP business models, channel economics, and technology distribution.
– Knowledge of cloud channel programs and partner ecosystems across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.
– Ability to deliver an initial product pitch and structured discovery conversation independently.
– Excellent prospecting, relationship-building, communication, and executive presentation skills.
– Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline.
– Ability to manage a high volume of partner relationships and active pipeline activity.
– Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and effective in a fast-moving remote-first environment.
– Curiosity and willingness to develop deep product knowledge.
