A technology organisation is seeking a
Global Technical Systems Analyst
to bridge business and technical teams, translate cross-stakeholder requirements into actionable specifications, and drive the seamless delivery of traditional and AI-enabled system solutions across global operations.
This role works alongside architects, developers, AI engineers and product owners to ensure business needs are accurately captured, system constraints are addressed, and AI opportunities are integrated into end-to-end solution design and deployment from initiation to launch.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business, product, and technical teams to gather, analyse and reconcile conflicting business and system requirements, translating them into clear, unified functional specifications and AI-specific requirements where applicable
Analyse system workflows and processes to identify optimisation opportunities for automation, operational efficiency and the application of advanced AI capabilities such as LLMs, RAG and agentic systems
Act as a central coordination point for cross-team alignment, resolving conflicting priorities, dependencies and constraints to ensure smooth system development, integration and rollout across multiple global environments
Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to define model inputs, outputs and integration requirements, validating that AI model behaviour and outputs align with business expectations
Support change management and requirement traceability throughout the SDLC, maintaining a central repository of business requirements, change requests and release notes for full transparency
Conduct market research and data analysis to identify industry trends, recommend system enhancements, and develop and present process improvement plans to stakeholders
Support the testing, rollout and post-implementation validation of new system features and AI-enabled solutions across global environments
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience in technical systems analysis or business analysis, with a proven track record of translating complex business needs into technical specifications
Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents) and automation technologies, with the ability to identify high-value AI application opportunities for business processes
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with experience creating and refining user stories and writing clear acceptance criteria
Proven ability to collaborate and influence across multidisciplinary global teams, with excellent communication skills to mediate stakeholder discussions and drive constructive compromise
Hands-on experience with requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello) and data visualization dashboards (Power BI) is essential
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines and FinOps principles, with an understanding of data privacy laws and global compliance frameworks
Experience in the mobility, transportation or logistics industry is highly desirable
