## About the Role

We are seeking a Senior FinOps Specialist to join the direct headcount of a leading international company. This is a strategic position focused on improving the operational and financial efficiency of the organization’s Azure environment while providing better visibility into cloud spend and supporting stronger investment decisions at a global level.

The role combines deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and DevOps methodologies with strong analytical and financial capability. You will work across Engineering, DevOps, IT, product, and finance stakeholders to help embed FinOps practices into day-to-day cloud operations.

The main objective of the position is to optimize Azure usage, develop advanced financial models, and promote a collaborative FinOps culture across the business.

## Key Responsibilities

– Analyze, monitor, and continuously optimize cloud consumption in Microsoft Azure.
– Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve infrastructure efficiency.
– Work closely with IT and development teams to integrate cost governance and best practices into the Azure DevOps lifecycle.
– Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, cost models, and KPI tracking related to cloud spend.
– Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
– Use DAX and Power Query to support advanced reporting and data visualization.
– Promote FinOps best practices and help align technical, product, and finance stakeholders.

## Required Skills

– 3–5 years of experience in FinOps, Cloud Financial Management, or IT controlling in Microsoft Azure environments.
– Advanced knowledge of Azure Cost Management.
– Practical familiarity with the Azure DevOps ecosystem.
– Proven experience building advanced reports and dashboards in Power BI.
– Demonstrable proficiency in DAX and Power Query.
– Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, cloud spend forecasting, and quantitative analysis.
– Advanced English, both spoken and written, at B2–C1 level.

## Preferred Skills

– FinOps Practitioner certification.
– Knowledge of Azure Consumption APIs.
– Knowledge of Azure Resource Graph.
– Previous experience in multinational companies or enterprise environments with large-scale cloud consumption.
