# Job Description: Financial Controller (m/f/d)

## About the Role
As a member of the Operational Controlling and Cost Accounting team within the Finance and Controlling Department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial management of our Technical Services. This position focuses on developing forecasts, investment and cost planning, producing insightful reports, and conducting feasibility analyses related to vehicles, workshops, and technical services. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, you will ensure data integrity and the digitalization of controlling processes, ultimately impacting the financial performance of the organization.

## Key Responsibilities
– Prepare management reports for executives and conduct ad-hoc analyses.
– Oversee cost and revenue planning for Technical Services.
– Conduct feasibility calculations and benchmarking for vehicles and workshops.
– Perform regular plausibility checks and variance analyses.
– Enhance key performance indicator (KPI) systems, ensuring data quality.
– Advise departments and executives on economic issues and participate in projects.

## Required Skills
– Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
– Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and BI tools such as Power BI.
– Structured and solution-oriented work approach.
– High level of initiative, strong communication, and advisory skills.
– Interest in the nuances of large commercial vehicle operations.
– Ability to present complex information in an audience-appropriate manner.
