## About the Role
The role focuses on managing and ensuring the quality of Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) information within the technology initiatives of Rede Américas. This position is essential for maintaining a seamless flow between budgeting, requisitions, purchases, financial execution, and cash flow forecasts. The individual will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including project managers and finance teams, to consolidate budgetary needs and ensure financial integrity throughout the project lifecycle. The aim is to contribute to the sustainable impact of financial operations and improve the organization’s overall financial health.

Key objectives include controlling approved budgets, preparing investment projections, and maintaining detailed traceability between financial documents related to projects. The role also emphasizes the importance of proposing improvements and automations in financial controls to support a robust financial management environment.

## Key Responsibilities
– Ensure the accuracy of CAPEX information and manage the acquisition flow for technology initiatives.
– Review and consolidate the CAPEX budget, aligning with project leads.
– Control approved budgets, commitments, actual spending, and final cost forecasts per project.
– Reconcile finance data with portfolio controls, resolving discrepancies.
– Prepare analyses of budget variances and financial projections, highlighting risks.
– Oversee requisition processes, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
– Monitor changes, cancellations, and closures of purchase orders, maintaining updated financial commitments.
– Collaborate with stakeholders on deliveries, invoices, and necessary financial closing documentation.
– Support the correct identification of CAPEX and OPEX according to financial policies.
– Maintain traceability among projects, budgets, requisitions, orders, contracts, and fiscal documentation.
– Generate reports and key performance indicators on CAPEX execution and spending forecasts.
– Recommend improvements and automations in financial controls and portfolio tools.
– Track and update purchase orders in coordination with the procurement department.

## Required Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
– Experience in CAPEX planning and control, financial project management, or budget management.
– Familiarity with requisition processes and purchase order tracking.
– Knowledge of budgeting concepts, financial commitments, actuals, provisions, and cash flow.
– Experience with corporate financial or procurement management systems.
– Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously across multiple initiatives.
