# IT Strategy & Performance Analyst
## About the Role
The IT Strategy & Performance Analyst supports the Office of the CIO as an operational and analytical partner for IT financial planning, cost transparency, and performance management.
Working across IT, Finance, and market stakeholders, the role contributes to cost allocation, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis. It also prepares clear, executive-level presentations to support data-driven decision-making.
The position helps improve consistency and transparency in IT financial management across Unilabs’ international markets.
## Key Responsibilities
– Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the IT cost allocation methodology based on a Technology Business Management (TBM) structure.
– Prepare headquarters cost allocations for distribution to markets.
– Coordinate with budget owners to maintain consistent allocation frameworks.
– Track the P&L impact of cost allocations and support fair distribution across markets.
– Monitor IT cost structures and contribute to improvements in cost transparency.
– Coordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles with Finance and IT stakeholders.
– Prepare planning templates, timelines, and stakeholder sessions.
– Support month-end closing and accrual activities with Controlling.
– Act as the link between IT and Finance during planning activities.
– Analyse market financial performance and investigate variances.
– Work with local IT and Finance leaders to assess financial performance.
– Identify financial trends and impacts to inform future planning cycles.
– Prepare reports and presentations that explain financial results and insights.
## Required Skills
– Three to five years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Performance Management, Finance Business Partnering, or Business Analysis.
– Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
– Strong financial modelling, reporting, and data visualisation skills.
– Ability to work with incomplete data and translate complex financial information into clear business insights.
– Experience creating well-structured presentations.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven thinking skills.
– Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
– Ability to work effectively in a matrix and international environment.
– Adaptability in environments with changing priorities and business needs.
## Preferred Skills
– Experience in transformation programmes or international environments.
– Familiarity with IT environments.
– Knowledge of cost allocation methodologies.

– Support IT cost allocation and cost distribution across markets.

– Support financial reporting, month-end closing, and accrual processes.
– Analyse market-level financial performance, variances, trends, and impacts.
