# About the Role

Join the Central FinOps team and lead FinOps activities for a product family. The role supports entities and product teams through consulting, governance, reporting, and implementation of cloud financial management practices.

You will work closely with product and technical teams to improve cloud usage and cost efficiency while maintaining reliability and performance. The position also contributes to a holistic, multi-domain FinOps framework focused on effective decision-making, operational efficiency, innovation, and usage optimization.

# Key Responsibilities

– Establish and manage cloud financial management practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
– Define and implement financial policies and controls for cloud operations.
– Monitor and report on cloud usage, costs, and performance.
– Collaborate with product and technical teams to optimize cloud usage without compromising reliability or performance.
– Design and operate a holistic FinOps framework supporting multi-domain governance.
– Promote cloud financial management best practices across department stakeholders.
– Support reporting, consulting, and implementation of FinOps practices for entities and product families.
– Analyze cloud-related technical and financial data and troubleshoot operational issues.

# Required Skills

– Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
– Hands-on experience in cloud operations and/or financial management.
– Familiarity with cloud-based architectures.
– Experience with financial systems and tools for budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
– Strong understanding of cloud-related technical and financial data.
– Ability to analyze and optimize cloud usage and manage and allocate cloud resources.
– Cloud-provider certification, such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
– Fluent English.
