## About the Role

This position supports a team responsible for migrating reporting and data infrastructure to a new analytics platform. The work sits within initiatives in Data Engineering and Data Science and is tied to a high-value business environment.

The main focus is to help business teams move reporting assets and related infrastructure to a new data source. The role also requires translating business needs into clear delivery steps, planning work, and estimating effort accurately.

You will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to support implementation of new solutions. The position is remote, part-time (25% FTE), offered on a B2B basis, with a rate of up to PLN 80/hour net + VAT.

## Key Responsibilities

– Support business teams during the migration to a new analytics platform.
– Analyze business requirements and the existing reporting infrastructure.
– Migrate reports and infrastructure to a new data source.
– Plan work, break it into deliverable tasks, and estimate delivery time.
– Collaborate with business and technical teams on new solution delivery.

## Required Skills

– Hands-on experience with Power BI and Databricks.
– Strong SQL skills and practical use of SQL in data analysis.
– Knowledge of cloud cost management and FinOps.
– Ability to organize work independently and work effectively in a team.
– Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
– Fluent English.

## Preferred Skills

– Dutch, German, and/or French language skills.
– Experience using AI in reporting and data analytics.
– Experience in e-mobility, especially EV charging environments.
