# ICT RUN & Cloud Governance Specialist
## About the Role
This position supports the CTO in delivering the IT and cloud strategy within an international environment. It acts as a bridge between ICT leadership, cloud architects, security teams, and technology partners.
The scope covers cloud governance, FinOps, IT operations, vendor governance, ITSM, security operations, and business continuity. The role is designed for someone who can turn technical information into clear operational and financial reporting, while helping resolve issues across multiple stakeholders.
The assignment is remote, with preferred presence in Turin. It is full time, starts immediately, and is expected to last more than six months, with direct interaction with the client.
## Key Responsibilities
– Support the CTO and Cloud Architects in executing the cloud strategy across GCP and AWS.
– Review cloud spend on a daily basis and drive efficiency actions such as rightsizing, scheduled shutdowns, and reserved instances.
– Implement tagging policies to ensure accurate cost allocation across markets and business units.
– Govern technology vendors by monitoring operations, managing decommissioning, and supporting contractual true-up analysis.
– Coordinate global management of IT obsolescence across workstations, servers, network, and middleware.
– Act as the ICT point of contact for the ticketing platform, including Change Requests, SLA management, and onboarding of external teams.
– Facilitate P1 incidents in coordination with vendors and architecture teams.
– Track remediation activities linked to vulnerabilities and audits, including patching and hardening.
– Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery testing, including contractual RPO and RTO controls.
## Required Skills
– At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
– Solid knowledge of GCP and AWS, including cloud cost monitoring.
– Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ticketing platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar.
– Awareness of vulnerability management and patch management.
– Advanced Excel skills.
– Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
– Fluent Italian and English.
– English level B2/C1, required for daily interaction with international markets.
## Preferred Skills
– Knowledge of the FinOps Framework.
– A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate the needs of the CTO and the business.
– Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to present technical information clearly to executive stakeholders.
– Ability to work under pressure and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
