# Senior Product Owner Billing
## About the Role
As Senior Product Owner Billing at Arxus Group, you will lead the development of a partner-friendly billing platform within the company’s digital ecosystem. The role is focused on delivering valuable features and coordinating end-to-end execution across development teams.
You will work closely with other Product Owners and the CX Lead to ensure digital channels support smooth business interactions. A key part of the role is shaping a billing experience that is intuitive, scalable, and aligned with strategic priorities.
## Key Responsibilities
– Own and prioritize the billing platform backlog.
– Drive delivery of features across multiple development teams.
– Coordinate dependencies and horizontal collaboration across teams.
– Work with other Product Owners, the CX Lead, analysts, and chapter/dev leads.
– Translate business needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and modular components.
– Support sprint backlog preparation and prioritization.
– Help test prototypes early to gather feedback and improve UI/UX.
– Shape finance-oriented workflows within the platform.
– Ensure the platform supports the broader billing process, not just invoicing.
– Align product features with the value proposition and adoption goals.
– Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders.
## Required Skills
– 5–10 years of relevant experience.
– Background in one of the following:
– Product Ownership with finance-related experience
– Software Development followed by a move into a finance-focused PO role
– Billing Management with a strong interest in technology and billing platforms
– Experience in FinTech software development or B2B tech services, with a focus on billing platforms.
– Strong knowledge of billing and FinOps practices.
– Knowledge of pricing models and revenue stream types.
– Familiarity with order-to-cash (O2C) processes.
– Experience building financial platforms in a B2B, partner-driven environment.
– Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating dependencies horizontally.
– Ability to create and prioritize backlogs.
– Ability to define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
– Experience supporting prototype testing and early UI/UX feedback.
– Ability to translate needs and requirements into modular development components.
– Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
– Analytical, solution-oriented mindset.
– Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
