## About the Role

This Financial Analyst role owns cost control across Grupo Consiti. It exists to manage an internal operational and financial BI platform that tracks project margin, team utilization, receivables performance, and P&L by business line, and to turn those figures into day-to-day decisions.

The person in this role will serve as the financial point of reference for daily operations. The focus is not limited to reporting; it also includes challenging the numbers, maintaining profitability, supporting pricing decisions, and overseeing cloud spend control.

## Key Responsibilities

– Own the project costing model and project margin calculations, including loaded hourly cost, overhead allocation, and MER.
– Build and maintain P&L statements by business line and by product, comparing actual results against budget.
– Oversee talent utilization, non-billable time, and portfolio management (DSO).
– Run the monthly financial close and maintain cost KPI dashboards.
– Support pricing by validating the margin on each proposal before it is signed.
– Support cloud spend control by product (FinOps).

## Required Skills

– 3–5 years of experience in cost control, financial analysis, or management control.
– Strong background in P&L construction, project costing, and Excel modeling.
– Comfortable working with data and BI dashboards.
– Strong analytical judgment and the ability to turn numbers into actionable recommendations.
– Willingness to work in a fast-growing, results-oriented environment.

## Preferred Skills

– Experience in professional services, a software factory, or a technology company.
– Exposure to cloud cost control in GCP/AWS or SaaS models.
– Intermediate English.
