## About the Role
This role sits on the team building a single, trusted view of how Intapp’s Celeste platform is being used and what it is costing the business. The work is hands-on and practical, with a focus on shipping usable solutions rather than waiting for fully defined requirements.
You will work closely with Cloud Engineering, which owns the underlying infrastructure, while this team focuses on the analytical data layer and the interfaces that surface answers. The position starts with FinOps, but the scope is expected to expand into additional data domains as the team matures.
As the role develops, you will help define metrics and build relationships with stakeholders. The work requires someone comfortable operating in a greenfield environment where architectural decisions are still being made.
## Key Responsibilities
– Ingest data into the analytical data layer and make it queryable.
– Build interfaces that return insights through MCP tools, APIs, dashboards, or similar outputs depending on the use case.
– Implement validation and quality checks so reported numbers remain accurate and trusted.
– Use AI to accelerate delivery and close gaps in the solution.
– Support new data domains as the team expands beyond FinOps.
– Help define metrics and develop stakeholder relationships over time.
– Collaborate with Cloud Engineering on infrastructure-dependent work.
