Job Description
The role provides IT Production Support within a global environment, covering infrastructure components (servers, storage, network, middleware) and application deployment in production. The position reinforces Production capabilities with strong technical skills and FinOps expertise.

Main Tasks
Cost Optimization & FinOps Governance (Mastery): Monitor cloud and infrastructure spend, identify waste, apply right-sizing and commitment strategies, and enforce tagging/governance policies to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining performance and security.
Stakeholder Coordination & Knowledge Transfer (Expert): Act as liaison between engineering, finance, and business teams; deliver post-mortem reports, manage on-call handovers, and mentor junior staff on Production Support and FinOps best practices.
Automation & DevOps Tooling (Mastery): Develop and maintain automated monitoring, alerting, and remediation scripts using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines to increase reliability and reduce manual work.

Qualifications
Monitoring & Observability (Dynatrace or similar)
WebSphere, Autosys, CFT (basics)
DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines
Containers: Docker / Kubernetes
Cloud fundamentals (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Good level of English B2+
