🔎We are looking for a
Production Support Engineer / FinOps.
Main Tasks:
Cost-Optimization & FinOps Governance – Monitor spend, identify waste, and implement right-sizing, reserved-instance/commitment strategies, and tagging policies to drive cost efficiency while maintaining performance and security. – Mastery.
Stakeholder Coordination & Knowledge Transfer – Act as the primary liaison between engineering, finance, and business teams; produce clear post-mortem reports, run on-call hand-overs, and mentor junior staff on best practices in production support and FinOps. – Expert.
Automation & DevOps Tooling – Design, develop, and maintain automated monitoring, alerting, and remediation scripts (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines) to reduce manual intervention and increase reliability.- Mastery.
Your Profile and Skills
Monitoring & obvservability.
Experience in
monitoring tools
– such as Dynatrace.
Legacy tools: some basic knowledge in
Websphere, Autosys, CFT file transfer.
DevOps (Stack) & CI/CD
. Facilitates coordination between development, QA and operations; reduces lead time and risk.
Understanding of
Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes.
Cloud Platforms
. Most new solutions are hosted on AWS, Azure or GCP; the PM must manage cost, scalability and compliance.
Cloud-fundamentals certification
(AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals) or demonstrable cloud project experience.
Fluent in English (C1/C2).
