What will be your main responsibilities?
Strategic Advisory:
Support C-Levels, Directors, and business leaders in defining cloud strategies (GCP, Azure, and AWS) that align with enterprise goals.
Modernization:
Lead initiatives beyond lift-and-shift, focusing on application modernization, Data & AI infrastructure, and cloud-native patterns.
Team Leadership:
Grow, manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of specialists (Architects, Engineers, and DevOps), promoting technical growth and collaboration.
Governance & Reliability:
Ensure solutions are built with security-by-design, observability, and robust platform governance.
Solution Design:
Collaborate with senior management to shape technical proposals and define clear transformation roadmaps for enterprise clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Cloud Experience:
Solid track record (5+ years) as an architect or senior lead across GCP, Azure, and AWS within complex corporate environments.
Modernization Mindset:
Practical experience with Kubernetes, containers, and refactoring legacy applications.
Ecosystem Knowledge:
Familiarity with the infrastructure required for Data platforms and AI/ML workloads.
Automation & Tools:
Proficiency in Terraform/IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and standard observability stacks (monitoring, tracing, and logging).
Consulting Skills:
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical choices to both engineering teams and business stakeholders.
Nice to have:
Cloud Certifications:
Professional-level certifications in GCP, Azure, or AWS.
Specialized Interests:
Exposure to FinOps, Cloud Security, or specialized data infrastructure.
Consulting Background:
Previous experience in client-facing roles or technology consulting projects.
Growth Mindset:
Enthusiasm for staying ahead of cloud trends and helping others develop their technical skills.
